Real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects. You combine your capital with other investors and jointly take part in real estate projects that would otherwise be hard for an individual to access.
Through a digital platform, several investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is completed and the agreed goals are met, the profits are distributed proportionally among all participants based on the size of their investment.
This model lets people with smaller capital invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or refurbishments of existing properties — increasingly important in the context of urban and regional development in Slovakia.
Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the privilege of large developers or investment funds — today anyone interested can take part.
How it works
Four steps to your first investment
Choose the project you find most interesting, decide how much you want to invest, and follow the progress of the construction through the platform. Once the project is completed, you receive your share of the profit.

Invest from as little as €100. You decide how much to commit and across how many projects you want to diversify your portfolio.

Track the construction
From your investor account you get direct access to photo documentation from the site, quarterly developer reports and timeline updates.

Receive your share of the profit
Once the project is delivered and the units are sold, returns are distributed pro-rata to investors. Payouts are sent directly to your bank account.
