2. Scope of processed data

We process identification and contact data (name, surname, email address), data on your interaction with the website (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and data you provide through our forms.

3. Purposes of processing

We process your data to send our newsletter on real estate crowdfunding in Slovakia, to handle your requests, to protect our legitimate interests, for statistical and analytical purposes and to comply with our statutory obligations under Slovak accounting and tax legislation.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (b), compliance with legal obligations (c) and the legitimate interests of the controller (f).

5. Retention period

We retain your data for as long as your consent is valid or for the statutory archiving period (up to 10 years for accounting documents).

6. Recipients of the data

We may share your data with our processors who provide website operation, newsletter delivery, analytics and hosting. We have data processing agreements in place with all processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@zeltrionavexwu.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
